30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible women's clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from odors or marks, with original tags attached, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Start a Return
Email service@merovalen.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for return. Wait for return instructions before mailing anything.
Important: Do not mail a return to our registered business address unless customer care authorizes that address in writing. Approved returns may be sent to a separate returns facility.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, bodysuits, swimwear with a removed hygiene seal, earrings, cosmetics, and items marked final sale are not returnable unless defective or required by law. Gift cards and personalized products are also non-returnable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order promptly. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and include clear photos. After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is defective, incorrect, or covered by mandatory law, return-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain another size or style is usually to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved. Availability is not guaranteed.
Refund Timing
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may require additional time to post the credit.
