Order Processing
Women's clothing orders are normally prepared within 1ā3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Product availability, address verification, launches, and high-volume sales periods may extend processing time.
Estimated Delivery
For orders delivered within the United States, estimated delivery is typically 3ā5 business days after dispatch unless another estimate appears at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Severe weather, carrier disruption, customs review, remote destinations, or incorrect addresses may cause delays.
Shipping Charges
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before payment. Promotions for free or reduced shipping apply only when their stated conditions are met.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after dispatch.
Address Changes

Lost or Damaged Parcels
